This is Izuku’s fifth hero costume, known as “Costume Epsilon.” This appearing feature is very similar to All Might’s look, who has his blue eyes shine through the shadows. Interestingly, him wearing the mask now cast shadows over his eyes, which causes only his green eyes to be visible.
